CHRISTMAS! —THOU SHALL NOT DO SO UNTO THE LORD THY GOD

This message is coming your way because the Most High God wants you to repent and correct your ways. This article was written to teach and educate people the absolute truth concerning this feast (Christmas) that has supposedly been Christianised.

ACTS 17:29-31

29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. 30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

At the time of ignorance, the Most High God overlooked but now commanded all men everywhere to repent and do what is right. The truth will be laid bare in this article, and there will be no excuse for ignorance.

If someone gives you a symbol representing Freemasonry, Our Lady of Endor, the Church of Satan, Brotherhood of the Red Cross, Brotherhood of The Stars, Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, Ganapati, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Durga Devi, or any evil cult/god you could think of and asks you to fasten it (the symbol) to your garment or your doorpost or inside your house—what would be your response? I guess the answer is evident to many Christians; many would outrightly reject anything symbolising such evil cults/gods and would have nothing to do with them.

Further, if you have a wife who is not faithful to her husband; she collects gifts and items that make her value and cherish someone outside more than her husband. She fornicates/commits adultery. Would any man like to be with such a wife? Your guess is as good as mine; most men would stay away from such a wife.

Then, why have Christians (in ignorance or rebellion) embraced symbols that offer worship and honour to the Babylonian spirits, supposedly thinking they are worshipping Christ? Why are Christians behaving as an unfaithful wife unto the Lord?

Do you know that Christians are as virgins waiting for the bridegroom (Matthew 25:1-13)? There are wise virgins, and there are foolish virgins. So let us pause and ask questions to get our thinking gear clicked into power:

  • When you set up a Christmas tree in your home or church, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you buy gifts and place them under a Christmas tree in your home or church, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you place a Christmas wreath in your home or church, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you do Santa Claus stuff in your home or church, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you decorate your house or church with the traditional Christmas colours, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you set up all the Christmas symbols and artefacts in your home or church, who are you worshipping and honouring? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.
  • When you disregard the biblical feast days given by God in Leviticus 23 and instead follow a feast day (December 25) selected for Saturnalia, Bacchus, Tammuz’s birthday, who are you worshipping? You are worshipping and giving honour to Tammuz, Semiramis (Queen of Heaven: Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17,18,19,25), Nimrod and the Babylonian spirits.

The Devil (the dragon, that old Serpent, the great Deceiver), the great deceiver that deceives the whole world (Revelation 12:9), is a master deceiver and manipulator. The Devil is light miles ahead of many people in terms of wisdom; the Devil is clever. Satan knows that if he presents 100% lies, no one/very few will buy it. He always mixes the truth and lies and sells them to people. Is it not what he has done with Christmas? Was Jesus born? Yes, He was born! The Devil takes that fact, mixes and garnishes it with all the things that offer worship to him, select a day that is strategic to him, and present it to you. You think you are worshipping Christ, but the Devil knows he is getting the worship and honour he had wanted by attempting to overthrow the Most High God.  The Devil is a master counterfeiter; he creates a fake version of what God is doing.

The first commandment says:

EXODUS 20:2-17 “2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”

Why are people doing things that transgress (break) the first commandment?  Why are people doing things that offer worship to other gods? Celebrating Christmas does not give even a single drop of honour to the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob.

The instruction of the Most High God for all people and generations is unambiguous.

DEUTERONOMY 12:29-32

“29 When the Lord thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land; 30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. 31 Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods. 32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.”

How the heathens/pagans worship other gods, do not worship God that way. Do not do as you wish. So many people think that they can worship God their way as long as their heart is sincere. You may ignore this message and do things God has not instructed you to do, but in the end, this will be the result:

MATTHEW 7:21 “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”

Christmas is not the will of the Most High God; He doesn’t get a single drop of honour from it.  Many people are sincere but ignorant; this article is coming your way to educate and teach you the right thing. Harden not your heart this day.  Lets us begin!

Have you ever thought about the religious holiday (Christmas) the Church has been gripped with for centuries? Have you ever really taken time to read and study the Bible and other trusted historical sources concerning this pagan-derived holiday that has supposedly been Christianised? But, as I had done in the past, most people believe these traditions without really asking why we do what we do. What would you do if God revealed the truth to you about the holiday (Christmas) you may be preparing to celebrate?

Whenever I talk to people about the plain truth concerning Christmas, people often say: where is it stated in the Bible that people should not celebrate Christmas? Which verse of the Bible prohibits Christmas? People who ask such questions should pause and flip the other side of the coin and ask: where is it stated in the Bible that we should celebrate Christmas? Some who admit that Christmas has its roots in pagan practices claim that the origin is not as important as the essence—as long as you celebrate it with good intention—is this the truth?

The word Christmas, of course, you will not find in the Bible. Before we can understand what God says about this festival that has supposedly been Christianised or given a Christian-sounding name, we will need to go back in time to understand the origin of this holiday. Most of the pagan and idolatrous practices in ancient times are still the same things we have today; they’ve only been repackaged and rebranded with modern or Christian-sounding names. So before drinking water downstream, it is essential for one to check the upstream sources—whether they are fit for consumption. So let us go back in time to understand how the deeply pagan and idolatrous festivals metamorphosed into Christmas.

THE TRUE ORIGIN OF CHRISTMAS—AN OVERVIEW

Most families will be taking part in gift-giving, decorating their houses with lights and setting up Christmas trees, mistletoe, placing wreaths on their doors—it is a beautiful period for many. However, there are things that you didn’t know about Christmas—more profound things beyond the surface of this holiday—a holiday that looks innocent on the surface.

According to the English Parliament and Puritan Law, do you know that Christmas was banned in America in 1647? Oliver Cromwell, who was the Puritan leader, prohibited the celebration of Christmas and all related activities at the time (1647-1660). The Puritans banned Christmas between 1659-1681, and the celebration of Christmas was deemed a sacrilege and an idolatrous practice. The first state in the USA to allow the celebration of Christmas was in 1836—the State of Alabama; Louisiana followed this in 1838. What was considered to be a sacrilege began to be accepted and normalised in Christianity.

Figure 1: The Roman god Saturn. For example, most of the practices of worshipping this Roman god, Saturnalia, got translated into what we now have as Christmas.

Do you know that Christmas and associated practices predate Christ? This pagan festival has been there even before Christ was born—it was only given another name and repackaged/rebranded with modern twists and turns. The early Christians never celebrated Christmas; in AD324, December 25th became designated as Christmas day under the Roman Emperor Justinian and got recognised as an official holiday of the Empire. December 25th in the Roman Empire was known as “Dies Natalis Solis Invicti” The birth of the unconquered Sun. December 25 in the Roman Empire is the last day of a week-long Saturnalia—a festival to honour the god Saturn (see Figures 1 & 2); conducted initially on December 17-23. Saturn was the god of fire and sowing seed. The celebration in honour of Saturn takes place in the temple of Saturn, and sacrifices are offered. The ruins of the temple of Saturn can still be found in present-day Rome—the capital city of Italy.

Figure 2: The feast of Saturnalia; during this period of feasting, people eat and drink, gamble, dress promiscuously, and get involved in all sorts of perverted sexual practices. These practices got translated into what is known as Christmas.

During Saturnalia, there was gift-giving, partying, carnivals, gambling, and carol singing. Emperor Aurelian established a temple for the unconquered sun; sun worship was the central religious system of the Roman Empire. The birthday of the pagan sun god was to be observed till December 25; this is what got translated into what is today known as Christmas.

Other Winter festivals like the Brumalia offer worship and sacrifices to Saturn, Cronus, Demeter, and Bacchus (see Figure 3). Celebrations usually run from November 24th to December 23rd.

Figure 3: The feast of the Roman god Bacchus. Bacchus was the god of agriculture, wine, and fertility. This god is equivalent to the Greek god Dionysus. The feast of Christmas integrates all the practices involved in the celebrations of these god

This festival gave rise to what is known as Yule and is celebrated from December 20 to December 23 to honour the rebirth of the unconquered sun. The celebration of Yule was originally observed by the Germanic tribes and offered homage to the god Odin—Odin was known as the god of death. This is one of several festivals that are celebrated around the same Christmas period. It was all about celebrating the unconquerable sun.

Even Catholic Encyclopaedia recognises that Christmas was not one of the early disciples celebrated feasts; the first evidence is from Egypt; Christmas traces its roots back to Babylon.

When Christianity was made the official religion of the Roman Empire, they created a blended version of paganism and Christianity to win over all the pagans. By blending Christianity and paganism, they incorporated the things used to worship other gods and tagged the new feast  Christmas to make it appealing to the pagans. They included all the practices, elements, and symbols of idol worship and came up with Christmas:

  • The Christmas Tree.
  • The Yule Log.
  • The Mistletoe.
  • Santa Claus (later invention).
  • Kissing under the mistletoe.
  • The Star – Pentalpha.
  • The Reindeer, representing the horned god.
  • Krampus Christmas Demons.
  • Elves.
  • Making the date be the same as the day of Tammuz’s birthday, Saturnalia, and other gods.
  • The pagan colours for the season (red and green).

The problem was, God never instructed them to blend paganism and Christianity as an evangelism tool—He never did! Christmas is syncretism, and you will soon learn what God says about it. Most Christians and their leaders are aware that Christmas is pagan-derived but are probably reluctant or deeply afraid to tell their members to stop celebrating this pagan holiday. If you are interested in knowing the truth and want to do what God commands, be open-minded and harden not your heart. The Devil—the father of lies—has demonstrated sustained effort to deceive the world with all sorts of lies concerning this idolatrous holiday. You will soon see these lies debunked and crumbling as the truth of God’s word comes out.

Further, have you ever thought about what the work of a counterfeiter is—one who counterfeits currencies? His job is to try and make the fake come as close as possible to the original. If a counterfeiter could not spend his fake money, he has failed. Sometimes it requires an expert to tell the difference between real and counterfeit money. The devil is a master counterfeiter, and his ‘make-believe’ skills are excellent. The Devil has created a fake feast day called Christmas and has successfully sold it to millions of ignorant Christians.

Furthermore, stop for a moment and ponder about the holiday you may be preparing to celebrate—whether God is pleased with it or not? Most of the things you have done or will do for Christmas, you will not find in the Bible, and the reason is they are not from God. God never instructed his children to do such things. God commands against Christmas and anything associated with it. Most of the things people associate with Christmas are never found in the Bible, and although they look harmless and innocent on the surface, they are not! You will soon learn that celebrating Christmas is SIN, and God hates everything associated with it.

This article deals with Bible scriptures only and not the opinions of men. However, if celebrating Christmas is a sin, it is essential to establish what sin is. If we can show what sin is, we can categorise whether Christmas is a sin. Then, WHAT IS SIN? The Bible clearly defines what sin is:

1 JOHN 3:4: “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”

ROMANS 7:7 “What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

ROMANS 4:15 “Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.”

Based on these texts, sin is the breaking of God’s commandments (God’s laws or instructions). Please note that the term “law” and “commandment” are the same thing—they are used interchangeably. So having established what sin is, let us see from pages of the Bible what God says about Christmas.

1. CHRISTMAS IS AN ADDITION TO THE WORD OF GOD—GOD COMMANDS AGAINST IT

DEUTERONOMY 4:2, REVELATION 22:18-19

DEUTERONOMY 4:2 “Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.”

REVELATION 22:18-19 “18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

Despite clear command by God not to add to his word, people invented Christmas, supposedly thinking it is a way of worshipping God; it is not! God clearly states you must do as I command—nothing more and nothing less. He must be worshipped in truth and spirit; Christmas is not the truth! God is very clear regarding which feasts His children should celebrate. How do we know this? Let us see:

LEVITICUS 23:1-44: “And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.”

The above passage clearly shows the feasts Christians are to keep. However, some have argued that the Church is different from Israel—this is ignorance! How do we know that the Church is the same as Israel? Watch this:

ACTS 7:38 “This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:”

The term church was derived from the Greek word ekklesia—meaning the called-out ones. The Church did not start in Acts of the Apostles but in the wilderness. Anyone who has accepted the God of Abraham as his/her God is part of the Church—part of Israel. It would be unscriptural to think that the Church is separate and different from Israel. God makes no distinction between the natural-born Israelite and non-natural born Israelite in terms of the standard of righteousness He expects. Watch this:

EXODUS 12: 47-49 “47 All the congregation of Israel shall keep it. 48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof. 49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.”

The church is Israel and all who have accepted and serving the God of Israel faithfully, and one standard applies to all. God has stipulated the feasts that should be kept, and Christmas is not one of them. Why the addition of Christmas? Nowhere did the Bible command us to celebrate birthdays—this was a practice of ancient Egypt.

2. CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS IS CELEBRATING ‘ANOTHER JESUS’—GOD COMMANDS AGAINST IT

2 CORINTHIANS 11:4: For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted….”

1 JOHN 4:1: “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

Apostle Paul commands against ‘Another Jesus’. The Jesus celebrated on December 25th is ‘Another Jesus’ (fake Jesus if you like to call it that way). Apostle Paul never mixed the Jesus he preached with idolatry: Christmas tree, mistletoe, Santa, and all traditions that men invented. Any attempt to combine the pure Jesus with inventions and commandments of men — the feast of mystery Babylon called Christmas — is ‘Another Jesus’; the Bible commands against it.

3. GOD COMMANDS AGAINST CHRISTMAS TREE

JEREMIAH 10:1-4 2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. 3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. 4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. 5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.”

The Christmas tree and all other related traditions (see Figure 4) are ways of the heathen, and God commands against it: Do not learn their ways.  Learning these ways is sin; talk less of using these ways to worship God. The pagans use these trees as phallic symbols to represent their pagan gods. Some people ignorantly believe and teach that God has sanctified Christmas and associated traditions and made it holy—is this true? This is another lie from the father of lies—the Devil. God will never take pagan ways and make them holy and then call them His ways—God will not do that—God will not contradict himself. God has never sanctified Christmas and will never do so. Learn not the way of the heathen (Jeremiah 10:2-4); setting up Christmas trees goes against the commandments of God in Jeremiah 10:1-5 and Exodus 20:3-5.

Figure 4: The tradition of setting up Christmas trees originates from the Babylonians; the Egyptians got it from the Babylonians and passed it to the Romans; the Romans passed it to the Germans; the Germans passed it to the world. This is a practice that honours the sun god Tammuz, Nimrod. It has nothing to do with Jesus Christ; Jeremiah 10:1-5 says don’t do it!

4. 25th DECEMBER—PERIOD WHEN THE HEATHENS AND PAGANS ARE DISMAYED AT THE SINGS OF HEAVEN

JEREMIAH 10:2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.”

The heathens carefully chose 25th December because this is the period they are dismayed at the signs of heaven. They worship ‘the birth of the unconquered sun’ (Natalis Solis Invicti). The people who invented December 25th knew very well that Jesus’ birth was nowhere near this date but did it for sun worship. God says: do not follow the heathens and do what they are doing.

5. CHRISTMAS IS WORSHIPPING GOD IN A CONTRARY WAY

DEUTERONOMY 12: 30 – 32:

“30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

God commands his people not to worship him the way other nations worship their gods (see Figure 5). God commands against setting up Christmas tree, holly, wreath, Santa Clause, mistletoe, tinsel, candles and Christmas lights, bell, candy cane, etc. Going against God’s commandment is sin.

Many people have attempted to look at Christmas from different views and perspectives. Unfortunately, these attempts have only created contradictions and conflicts with other parts of the word of God. For example, the same God who says learn not the ways of the heathen (JEREMIAH 10:2-6) is the same God saying you can worship me like the heathens worship their gods with trees decorated with silver and gold and lights, Yule log, mistletoe, etc.,—HOW CAN THIS BE?

Figure 5: Christmas Krampus demons and saint Nicholas—worshipping God in a contrary way; this is idolatry and only triggers the anger of God.

6. CHRISTMAS IS A SACRIFICE OF SPIRITUAL FOOLS

1 SAMUEL 15:22 “And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.”

AMOS 5:21-22 “21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. 22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.”

God is not interested in the sacrifice of spiritual fools; He wants obedience. Most people think that the origin of Christmas is not as important as the essence as long as you celebrate it with good intentions, it is ok—is this the truth? The truth of the matter is that God says don’t do it—worship me the way I ask you to—nothing more, nothing less. Celebrating Christmas with good intentions is like sacrificing a pig (swine) on the altar to God with good intentions—a sacrifice of a spiritual fool. God requires obedience, and people should not think that their sincerity can cover and compensate for all things. Celebrating Christmas with good intentions is a lie from the Devil. God said: He is not in Christmas, and the Christ that people praise and worship at Christmas is not the true Christ. The truth nullifies whatever intention people celebrate Christmas with. God will never take pagan ways as His ways (Jeremiah 10:2-4).

7. JESUS WAS NOT BORN ON 25 DECEMBER—AND THEY KNEW IT

Most people who celebrate Christmas fall to the deception of the Devil that Jesus’ Birth date was unknown. This is a lie; there are several clues in the Bible regarding when Jesus was born:

LUKE 2:42: “And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.”

LUKE 1:36: “And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.”

These verses offer substantial clues regarding when Jesus was born, and the heathens who invented Christmas knew this very well but deceived the whole world by saying: ‘the date doesn’t matter!’ Anyone who myopically thinks the date December 25 doesn’t matter must have his spiritual mental capacity to discern severely diluted.

8. OFFERING TO OTHER gods—MILK AND COOKIES FOR SANTA and SEMIRAMIS

JEREMIAH 7:18

“The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven (aka SEMIRAMIS), and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.”

This is what the Israelites were doing in those days—making offerings to the queen of heaven—aka Semiramis. Semiramis is the mother of Tammuz—the Sun god reincarnated whose birthday is on December 25th.  The Jesus celebrated on December 25th is Tammuz’s birthday.

Unknown to people who practice this—offering milk and cookies to Santa (see Figure 6), they are making food offerings to other gods—Tammuz, Semiramis, and Nimrod. Most people did not know that Santa is the god Molec and can be traced down to Baal—these are the same gods in ancient times but with modern names. 1 JOHN 5:21 “Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.”

Figure 6: Milk, cookies, and bread offered to Santa. This practice originates from the tradition of offering food to the Queen of Heaven (Semiramis—mother/wife of Tammuz). God hates this practice and commands His children to abstain from it (Jeremiah 7:18).

9. CHRISTMAS SYMBOLS ARE OF PAGAN ROOTS AND OFFER WORSHIP TO OTHER gods—THE BABYLONIAN SPIRITS

Will you use symbols that offer worship to idols in your home or church? Most people set up these symbols in their homes and churches without knowing what they are doing. Learn the truth and don’t do things blindly. Choose whom you will serve—the Devil or the true God. The very things Christ was born to destroy (the works and symbols of the Devil) are the same things people are setting up in their homes and churches—How ironic!

Figure 7: Idolatrous Christmas symbols—all of pagan origin. These symbols offer worship to other gods—the Babylonian spirits.

So many people decorate their houses with Christmas symbols (see Figure 7) and don’t know what these symbols and colours represent; they do it because others are doing it or because it’s the tradition. Know the truth and choose the God you will obey—the true God or the Devil. You will see below that the symbols people set up in their homes and churches in the name of serving Christ (Christmas) are the very things Jesus was born to destroy—”for he will save his people from their sins.” (MATTHEW 1:21).

THE CHRISTMAS TREE

The sacred tree of the winter god, Druids believed the spirit of their gods reside in the tree. Most ancient pagans knew the tree represented Nimrod reincarnated into Tammuz! Pagans also look upon the tree as a phallic symbol. In a modern sense, the Christmas tree originated from Germany; the Germans got it from the Romans; the Romans got it from the Egyptians; the Egyptians got it from the Babylonians; this was mentioned in Jeremiah 10:1-4 (see Figure 4). Setting up a Christmas tree as a way of worshipping Christ is an abomination.

THE STAR — PENTALPHA

The five-pointed star: The Pentalpha is a powerful symbol of Satan, second only to the hexagram. The star is the sacred symbol of Nimrod and has nothing whatsoever to do with Christianity. This is also known as the star of Ishtar (see Figure 7; top of the Christmas tree).

CANDLES

Represent the sun-god’s newly born fire (see Figure 8). Pagans worldwide love and use candles in their rituals and ceremonies. Certain candle colours are also thought to represent specific powers. The extensive use of candles is usually a very good indication that a service is pagan. Candles on any Christmas thing you could think of actually represent sun-god’s newly-born fire.

Figure 8: Setting up Christmas candles originates from sun god worship. This practice has nothing to do with the light of Jesus; it only gives worship to Tammuz and the pagan gods.

MISTLETOE

The mistletoe is the sacred plant of the Druids, symbolizing pagan blessings of fertility; thus, kissing under the mistletoe is the first step in the reproductive cycle. Witches also use white berries in potions. Wreaths are circular, representing the female sexual organs; wreaths are associated with fertility and the “circle of life”. These are things related to the worship of false gods. The mistletoe is a parasitic plant that lives on oak trees, and the Druids worship it (see Figure 9). It was also used as a herbal remedy for barren animals and symbolised fertility, like rabbits and eggs in Easter.

Figure 9: The mistletoe is a sacred plant and a symbol of fertility among the pagans. Semiramis is the goddess of fertility, and this pays homage to the fertility goddess; this has nothing to do with Jesus; it offers worship to other gods

SANTA CLAUS

Former Satanists have revealed that “Santa” is an anagram for “Satan” (unknown to many). In the New Age, the god “Sanat Kamura” is an anagram for “Satan”. The mythical attributes and powers ascribed to Santa (see Figure 10) are eerily close to those possessed by Jesus Christ—attention should not be on such figure but only on Jesus.  Santa Claus comes from Saint Nicholas—one of the Catholic saints; Christmas pays homage to Satan; Santa is Satan hiding under the name of one of the Catholic saints.

Figure 10: This character in the Christmas setting is Satan in disguise;this is idolatrous and offensive to God.

REINDEER

These are horned animals representing the “horned-god” or the “stag-god” of the pagan religion. Santa’s traditional number of reindeers in his team is eight (8) (see Figure 10); in Satanic gematria, eight is the number of “new beginnings”, or the cycle of reincarnation. The Illuminati views the number “eight” as a symbol of their New World Order. It is Satan that is riding and not a saint (Santa).

ELVES

These are imp-like creatures who are Santa’s (Satan’s) little helpers. They are also demons; anything representing them represents Satan and demons.

GREEN AND RED

These are the traditional colours of the season, as they are the traditional pagan colours of winter. Green is the pagan’s colour (Satan’s colour) for the season, so it is appropriate it should be one of the traditional colours for Christmas; red is the colour of human blood, Satan’s highest form of sacrifice.

DECEMBER 25

December 25 is known as the “nativity” of the sun. This date is the birthday of Tammuz, the son, the reincarnation of the sun god. Traditionally, December 21 is known as Yule. The Roman Catholic Church moved the celebration of Yule to December 25. December 25 is also known to the Romans as “Saturnalia”, a time of deliberate debauchery. Drinking through repeated toasting – known as ‘wassail’ – was a key to the evil of this celebration. The mistletoe symbolised fornication, and the entire event was finished with a Great Feast, the Christmas Dinner. This day has to do with the rebirth of the sun—not Jesus Christ. So many gods that are rooted in sun worship utilise this date—this date is strategic in sun worship (see Figure 11).

Figure 11: List of gods that are celebrated on December 25th. This date gives honour to Tammuz and other gods. Why would people choose this date for Jesus even when His date of birth was nowhere near this date? The date December 25 was not random but carefully chosen to offer worship to the sun.

GIFT-GIVING

This practice originates from the celebration of Saturnalia, and other feasts celebrated around the same period. This practice pays homage to other gods and not Jesus. People lay their gifts under the Christmas tree and wait until December 25 before opening them to see what they got; this practice gives worship to Tammuz, Nimrod, and Semiramis. People have cleverly found a way of justifying this practice by using the three Wise Men that gave gifts to Jesus. Using the Scriptures (three wise men giving gifts) to justify this practice is another example of pasting a Christian-sounding name on something God hates. There is nothing wrong with sharing gifts, but when gift-giving is done in honour of the Christmas sun god, then that’s where the problem comes in. When something good is done to honour other gods, it becomes offensive to God. Laying gifts under the Christmas tree is the worship of other gods (see Figure 12).

Figure 12: The practice of gift-giving during Christmas originates from the celebration of Saturn and other gods. Giving gifts itself is not a sin, but because it is done in honour of the sun gods—that’s where the problem is.

ORNAMENTS ON CHRISTMAS TREES

The Romans decorated the Christmas tree to honour the god Bacchus—the god of agriculture, wine, and fertility (see Figure 13). The candles placed on the tree honour the sun god—Tammuz and Nimrod. The Germans attached fruits to the tree to honour the god Woden.

Figure 13: Ornaments on Christmas tree offer worship to other gods and idols. It has nothing to do with Jesus.

WREATHS

They are used to decorate places of worship of the sun god. People who create wreaths and place them on their doors believe the evergreen wreaths represent the everlasting life brought through Jesus Christ, and the circular nature is considered to represent God with no beginning and end. The reality is, this explanation is just a sticker on pagan practice; this is an attempt to Christianise a pagan ritual. Wreaths are associated with fertility and the “circle of life”; they represent the sexual organ of Semiramis—the fertility goddess. These are things related to the worship of false gods.

Figure 14: This represents the female sexual organ and symbolises fertility. This has nothing whatsoever to do with Jesus Christ. God commands against this practice.

YULE LOG

Yule log represents the Scandinavian god of fertility, the rebirth of the unconquered sun; it was used as Teutonic nature worship, a pagan representation of the sun.

THE KRAMPUS CHRISTMAS DEMONS

Krampus—who is Krampus? Krampus (see Figure 15) is a demon: half-goat and half-man, who appears yearly and chases disobedient and heady children. In some extreme cases, Krampus may take rebellious children to hell. In Europe, Krampus is believed to be a scary counterpart of Saint Nicholas.  Krampus and Saint Nicholas originated from the celebration of Winter Solstice. Mainly in Europe, Saint Nicholas visits children around 5-6 December to reward them. At the same time, Krampus would visit them too but with punishment. In certain parts of the world—mainly Europe, men would dress as Krampus and Saint Nicholas and throw street celebrations where some children are rewarded, and some are punished. These practices are deeply rooted in paganism and not holy; it offers worship and homage to the Babylonian spirits. Thou shall not do so unto the Lord thy God.

Figure 15: Christmas Krampus demons pre-Christmas celebrations—a practice God hates; Thou shall not do so unto the Lord thy God.

DESTROY IDOLATROUS SYMBOLS: CHRISTMAS SYMBOLS

How does God want us to deal with things symbolising idols and other gods? Let us see:

ACTS 19:19 “Many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in public. They added up the price of the books, and the total came to fifty thousand silver coins.”

These converts destroyed things symbolising magical practices—books of curious arts—practices God hates. Christians should do the same.

DEUTERONOMY 12:30-31

“30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. 31 Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

LUKE 6:46 “Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do what I tell you?

The warning from God to keep away from idols and anything that symbolises them is clear; the Church should not be deceived into setting up idolatrous symbols in the name of worshipping Christ (Christmas).  Christians should do away with things symbolising other gods; God’s commandments are clear. Any altar representing and symbolising other gods should be destroyed (see Exodus 34:13; Deuteronomy 7:5; 16:21).

FURTHER ARGUMENTS FOR CHRISTMAS DESTROYED

  1. A multitude of Christians worldwide celebrate and enjoy Christmas—how can they be wrong? The fact that the people celebrate it does not mean God has approved it. God said: do not add to my word and do not take away from it. The day God agrees Christmas will start God contradicting himself—do you think God can contradict himself? God is only patient and suffering long with us and wants people to know the truth. EXODUS 23:2 “Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:”
  2. We can clean Christmas—Can you? Labouring hard to clean Christmas is a futile spiritual exercise—It cannot be cleansed. Don’t waste your precious time trying to clean Christmas by looking for explanations to rationalise this holiday. The truth is, it has never been clean, and it will never be—why? Because it is not from God.  Job 14:4 “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one.”
  3. We only go to church, sing songs, share gifts, help the poor, and worship Christ—how can we be wrong?  Almost everything Christmas is tainted with idolatry no matter how you try to observe it; God looks beyond our myopic explanations or how we keep it. Anything that has been contaminated with idolatry, God hates it—God is a jealous God and will share nothing with other gods. Even by putting the day on 25th December—the day and period when they used to worship the sun god & other gods is enough reason on its own for God to detest the whole thing. The entire event has been soiled before God. If God were to set a day for us to celebrate Jesus’ birth, indeed, it is not this one and not in this fashion.
  4. We use this day and all associated events to witness the Gospel: We invite people to our churches to come and listen to the word of God—how can this be wrong? We are using it as an avenue to preach the Gospel; how can we be wrong?  Let the Bible interpret the Bible. Yes, that is true; Jesus instructed us to preach the Gospel, but how did Jesus do his evangelism? Jesus cannot create confusion. Jesus preached the gospel to sinners, visited them, associated with them. Still, he never used anything related to other gods as an advantage platform to spread His word—he never did. Follow His example. This kind of thinking was a part of the broader reasons for how this idolatrous event came into being. Jesus was born to destroy idolatrous practices; so, what Gospel (Good News) is there in the idolatrous event that is contrary to the word of God? You have already destroyed the Gospel by celebrating Christmas—you have nothing left to tell sinners.
  5. I keep a modified righteous version of Christmas—I don’t use the idolatrous symbols to observe Christmas—certainly, God can approve this one? No, God looks beyond our myopic modifications. God’s word determines the standard for righteousness; God has already drawn the line—His word clearly says: do not worship me this way. The whole event is tainted with things God commands against it, and observing a modified version of it does not please God even by the tiniest drop. Job 14:4 “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one.”  You cannot bring a clean thing out of a feast that is already spiritually unclean and condemned by the Most High God.

CHRISTMAS GOES AGAINST GOD’S COMMANDMENTS

Christmas is syncretism—a blend of paganism and Christianity—the glory of God shared with other gods. God will never share a platform with other gods or anything representing them or practices he hates.

People may think they are cleaning up Christmas by practising a modified version of it. The problem is, the whole event is tainted before God. He will never share a platform with things representing other gods—even the tiniest bit of it. So when God looks down, he sees beyond the isolated pockets of people, supposedly thinking they are practising a modified version (or righteous version) of Christmas; He looks all over the globe and sees his glory being shared with other gods. The event was never God’s and will never be God’s.

Now get this right, there is nothing wrong in setting aside a day for Jesus, but the problem is, people have shared a platform for Jesus and other gods—and people have refused to stop this thinking that they are serving Christ—which Christ? So even if God were to set a day for us to celebrate Jesus’ birth, certainly not this one—not this date and not in this fashion. God dealt with the Israelites because they worshipped Baal, Ashtoreth and set up altars for them. Do we think, as modern-day Christians, we somehow have the license to use things representing and honouring other gods in the name of worshipping Christ through Christmas? The real Christ is not in Christmas! Christmas and Easter are both from idolatrous backgrounds. Some celebrate Easter but not Christmas; don’t be deceived; Easter is idolatrous as Christmas. Just as Christmas doesn’t represent the birth of Jesus Christ but other gods, likewise, Easter does not represent the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ but other gods. God takes no pleasure in this idolatrous holiday; it makes Him sick. Watch this:

AMOS 5:21-22 “21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. 22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.”

You can see we have established that celebrating Christmas is a sin. It goes against the instructions of God—and anything that goes against the instructions of God is sin. You are reading this post because God wants you to correct your ways. He doesn’t want you to be in ignorance. ACTS 17:30 (KJV): “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:”
